Littore Family Wines – announces the release of a new range of sparkling wines. September 2008 – for immediate release

Spanning three generations of winemaking excellence Littore Family Wines is a proudly Australian owned and operated company. Littore Family Wines would like to announce the imminent release of its Sparkling Wine Range – consisting of a Brut Cuvée and Sparkling Rosé.

Released under the Jindalee brand these two non-vintage wines were produced at the Littore Family Winery near Geelong. This release comes as Littore Family Wines significantly increases its investment in the wine industry. The recent commissioning of a new $10 million sparkling wine bottling facility has opened up the opportunity to make a foray into this section of the marketplace.

• The Brut Cuvée is described as having fresh apple and citrus aromas with melon and peach characters on the palate, with a persistent mousse and a smooth, dry finish.

• The Sparkling Rosé has fresh strawberry aromas, cherry and raspberry sorbet characters on the palate and a supple creamy finish.

National Sales Manager David Greenwood said “The release of Jindalee Sparking is timed to coincide with the peak festive season. The sparkling wine market continues to grow and these two new additions will enhance the category, as both over deliver on quality for a $12.99 price.”

Wines will be distributed throughout Australia by Littore Family Wines.
