JINDA~LEE Reaches for the Stars

February 2010 - It's wine awards season! and the results are in for the first annual wine show in Europe – the German Selection Premium Select Wine Challenge that represents one of the most influential German wine challenges on International level.

During the month of January a jury of highly renowned German wine experts gathered under the strict observation of the OIV in order to select the best wines in its class. For the prestigious competition 5,000 wine samples from 5 continents were blind tasted. Each wine was tested in accordance with the strict international regulations and quality assurance guidelines.

Littore Family Wines, owner of the Australian wine range JINDA~LEE®, is proud to announce that two times 3 stars (excellent) and two times 2 stars (very good) have been given to JINDA~LEE® varietals. Not surprisingly, JINDA~LEE® Shiraz 2009 as well as JINDA~LEE® Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 were once again honoured for their refined structure and subtle fruit. JINDA~LEE® Merlot and JINDA~LEE® Pinot Grigio convinced with their easy to enjoy wine style.

All four wines were among the lowest priced wines to be awarded, beating premium wines that sell for up to five times their price, further cementing the brands value for money proposition.
