Our Pinot Grigio exhibits varietal characters of pear, honeysuckle and pineapple fruit aromas. The luscious palate is redolent with stone fruit flavours and a crisp citrus finish.
The fruit was monitored in the vineyard and picked at optimum flavour ripeness. It was then de-stemmed with the rollers wide open and pressed as gently as possible to prevent colour pick up and consequent over fining. Cold fermented with selected yeast strains, it was left to age on lees for 3 months. The wine was then racked off lees, left to age in stainless steel tanks, then bottled at 6 months to retain the varietal flavours of Pinot Grigio fruit.
