Shiraz

This Shiraz exhibits a fruit bouquet with a soft, rich palate and subtle oak complexity. The aromas of blackberries, plums and liquorice are complemented by some spice and pepper notes and a layer of rich vanilla oak. Soft, ripe tannins create a luscious mouth-feel that leads to a lingering fruit-filled finish.

Shiraz

The implementation of organic fertilisation in our vineyards has allowed us to make a concentrated Shiraz with excellent colour and varietal flavour extraction. Harvested during the night, de-stemmed and crushed to fermentation vats, the wine is pumped over for maximum colour, flavour and tannin extraction. It is then pressed to tank where it is aged on American and French oak to accentuate the sweet fruit-forward Australian Shiraz style. The wine is minimally filtered and bottled when fruit to oak flavour is balanced.
