With a bouquet of gooseberries, passionfruit and hints of peach and melon, this wine has a vibrant, crisp palate, with good balance between fruit sweetness and acidity. It has substantial mid-palate weight and offers a lingering clean finish. This wine is made to be enjoyed now whilst its aromatics are at their best.

Sauvignon Blanc

A good Sauvignon Blanc retains as much varietal character as possible. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and quickly transferred to the winery, where a portion had some skin contact to maximise the extraction of flavour and aroma. The rest was swiftly pressed and clarified to maintain acidity and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wine was made using selected yeasts which elicit the varietal characters typical of aromatic wines.
