Pinot Grigio

Stylistically Pinot Grigio can present a bit of a conundrum to a winemaker - how best to express the variety when the possibilities are endless.  In this instance we have tried to capture some of the delicate aromas of the grape and present the wine as an easy drinking style that can be easily matched to a variety of occasions and cuisines.  This has been achieved by selecting quality fruit then carefully processing to minimize the extraction of hard phenolics or colour.
